Access to the website is free except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by you. Certain services may be exclusive to our clients and their access is restricted. The services generally advertised have the price indicated in the corresponding commercial proposal.

Comment:

The use of the Portal grants the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the "User") and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy. The provision of the Portal service is limited to the time that the User is connected to the Portal or any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Portal, as it and its terms of use may be modified.

Some services of the Portal accessible to Internet users or exclusive to the Company's clients may be subject, where appropriate, to specific conditions, regulations, and instructions that, if applicable, replace, supplement, and/or modify this Legal Notice and must be accepted before the provision of the service begins.
 

2. TERMS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

The User agrees to use the Portal correctly in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to the Company or third parties for any damages that may result from non-compliance with this obligation.

The use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of the Company or third parties is expressly prohibited, as well as any other use that overloads, damages, or disables the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer applications (software) of the Company or third parties.

2.2 Content

The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as the other conditions, regulations, and instructions that may be applicable as per clause 1.

By way of example only, the User must refrain from:

Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, or otherwise publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content except with the express authorization of Salvat Logística España, S.L. or the legitimate holder of the rights, or unless expressly permitted by law.

Furthermore, the reproduction or copying, even for private use, of Content that may be considered Software or Databases under the current intellectual property legislation, as well as their public communication or making them available to third parties, is prohibited when these actions necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.

Any extraction and/or reuse of all or a substantial part of the Content of the Portal, as well as the databases made available by the Company to Users, is prohibited.

2.3 Data Collection Forms

Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 6 of this Legal Notice, the use of certain services or requests directed to Cave Bilbainos Logística España, S.L. are conditional on the prior completion of the corresponding User registration.

All information provided by the User through the Portal forms must be truthful. The User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and will keep the information updated to reflect their actual situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to Cave Bilbainos Logística España S.L. or third parties as a result of the provided information.

At Cave Bilbainos Logística España S.L., we process the information provided to send you advertising related to our products and services by any means (postal, email, or telephone). The provided data will be retained unless you request the cessation of activity. The basic level data you provide will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation or to carry out the services contracted. To ensure that your data is properly handled, Cave Bilbainos Logística España S.L. establishes a confidentiality agreement with its employees, suppliers, collaborators, and service companies. In no case shall it be stated on the page where the link is located that Cave Bilbainos Logística España, S.L. has authorized the insertion of the link or in any way sponsors, collaborates, verifies, or supervises the services of the linking party.
